We're looking for a Reactor Physicist to own the neutronics heart of a next-generation molten-salt reactor. This is not incremental work on a mature design — it's foundational physics for a machine that doesn't exist yet, built on a modern, open, compute-first stack. You'll take models from first principles to regulator-ready substantiation, and see your analysis directly shape a reactor being brought to life.

Our reactor is based on the Molten-salt reactor, where a proprietary salt is used in molten state to carry nuclear fuel and to carry away the generated heat, making it a complex system that needs precise simulation due to the many physics aspects that need to be considered. We are looking for the person who will tell us how hot the reactor gets, how the salt moves, and what happens in the seconds after something goes wrong.
You will own it — from meshing the geometry to standing behind the number in a design review to defending the model as part of our licensing basis.
